Complimentary Airport Transfers

We offer complimentary door to door airport transfers for all guests staying with us 3 nights or more. These transfers operate between 8.00am and 6.00pm 7 days a week, please give us your flight details when booking. If arriving outside these hours we can book alternative transfers on your behalf which start at $18 per person, seat in coach.

Complimentary Wireless Internet

All guests of the Sarayi are given free access to wireless internet for the duration of their stay. This is not limited to usage in your room and can be accessed from the restaurant, lounge area’s and even beside our rooftop swimming pool and spa.

Inhouse Restaurant/Room Service

The Rising Sun Bar and Bistro is located on the ground floor of the Sarayi Hotel and is open daily from 11am - 12pm.

Offering lunch and dinner, snacks, tropical cocktails and ice cold tap beer, the menu, which showcases local ingredients, offers great food in a relaxed environment with pristine views of the coral sea. You don't have to stray far from your room to experience the best the Tropical North has to offer.

Our tour booking service is free of charge to all guests of Sarayi and along with recommending the best tours we continually monitor weather conditions especially at sea to ensure you are experiencing the best the region has to offer. We even arrange door to door pick up and drop off.

Whether you are looking for private touring, personal heli charters, large groups, small groups or even being able to see the amazing Great Barrier Reef without getting wet, we can help.

Business Facilities

If you should require fax, photocopying or printing we can assist at reception for a minimal charge.
